Will Call

At RC Events, we aim to provide convenient and flexible rental solutions for our customers.

Our will call service allows you to pick up items you are renting at a time that’s convenient for you to ensure your event planning is seamless and stress-free.  

To order and pick up will call items:

1. Place Your Order

Explore our wide range of rental equipment and build your quote request online or call to speak with one of our event specialists.

2. Select a Pick-Up Location

Choose our Fort Collins or Boulder location for your pick-up.

3. Schedule a Pick-Up Date

Will call orders are scheduled for pick-up one day in advance of your event and are to be returned the business day following your event.

4. Pick Up Your Items

Visit the location you selected. Our team will have your order ready for a quick and easy pick-up.

Please note:

  • Some items in our inventory are only available for delivery by RC vehicles and crews. An RC event specialist will advise you if you have selected any of those items for will call.
  • Due to insurance liability, RC Special Events employees cannot assist with the loading or unloading of rental equipment into vehicles, nor can we provide supplies such as tie-downs or straps. You must take responsibility to ensure the load is safe and properly secured. Please be prepared to load and unload the items you have ordered. This is solely your responsibility.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse to allow our rental equipment to be loaded if we believe that damage may result to the equipment.

To return will call items: 

  1. Return items to the same location where you picked them up.
  2. We check you in and that’s it – simple!
