At RC Events, we aim to provide convenient and flexible rental solutions for our customers.

Our will call service allows you to pick up items you are renting at a time that’s convenient for you to ensure your event planning is seamless and stress-free.  

To order and pick up will call items:

1. Select a Pick-Up Location

2. Schedule a Pick-Up & Return Date

3. Place Your Order Online

4. Pick Up Your Items

Please note:

  • Some items in our inventory are only available for delivery by RC vehicles and crews.

    Don’t see what you’re looking for in the Rentals on the Run?

    No problem! Our full-service event rentals include everything you need.

    Call us at 855-RC-EVENT

  • Due to insurance liability, RC Events employees cannot assist with the loading or unloading of rental equipment into vehicles, nor can we provide supplies such as tie-downs or straps. You must take responsibility to ensure the load is safe and properly secured. Please be prepared to load and unload the items you have ordered. This is solely your responsibility.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse to allow our rental equipment to be loaded if we believe that damage may result to the equipment.

To return will call items: 

  1. Return items to the same location where you picked them up.
  2. We check you in and that’s it – simple!
