RC Events Q&A: Rentals
Any significant event requires lots of planning, and it’s only natural that questions come up throughout the process. We’ve compiled some of the questions we get asked the most about event rentals, so we can give you the answers you need.
1) Do You Rent Tents?
We do. RC Events holds the largest selection of tents in Northern Colorado. We also have the only automatic tent washing machine in the state, so we can keep them in perfect condition and serve our customers only the very best.
Our tent selection goes from canopies to large tents that are perfect for galas or festivals. We have been involved in events that have had more than 80 tents in one location. 2) Do You Deliver to My Area?
We are proud to say we have around 20 vehicles on delivery, pick-up or installation during our summer season. Also, we use other transport resources, such as a 53′ trailer/tractor combination which is perfect for larger events. So, even if you’re located outside of Colorado, we can support your event and deliver what you need.
3) How Far in Advance Should I Place My Order?
To make sure we can meet the rental needs for your event, we encourage you and all our customers to submit a request for your equipment as soon as you set a date. Summer is a crazy time for events and weddings, so It’s best to book everything at least six months before the event. However, being Northern Colorado’s largest event rental company, we can often accommodate last minute requests.
